Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pitted Prunes
  • ¼ cup Rolls Oats
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ⅓ cup Brazil Nuts
  • ⅓ cup Almonds
  • 2 tsbp Meta Mate Raw
  • Instructions

    1. Put all the ingredients in the processor and blend until it forms a paste.
    2. Layout the paste in a pan then cover with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 8 hours.
    3. Cut into rectangles and wrap individually in plastic wrap, foil or butter. Keep in the refrigerator.
