Tapioca Meta Mate

  • 3 tbsp Tapioca ready-made pasta (hydrated manioc gum)
  • 1 tsp Meta Mate Raw
  • Instructions

    1. Mix tapioca with mate and spread deep in a small skillet.
    2. Bring to low heat for approximately one and a half minutes or until agglutinated and released from the pan.
    3. Remove and fill as desired or follow suggestions below: Turkey breast, Cream cheese, Parsley, Grated carrot, Cottage cheese, Chopped Nuts, Dried tomatoes, Arugula, Tomato, Provolone, Olives, Oregano, Butter from peanut Jelly Strawberry
