This is a family recipe that was made originally without the yerba mate, but we have experimented with it for this article, with great success. We enjoy the mix between the bitterness and earthy undertones of the yerba mate and the natural sweetness of the strawberries. It is a very particular taste, but it is definitely worth a try!

This sorbet is naturally gluten-free, lactose-free and vegetarian. To make it, you will need a high-performance blender.
