Coconut And Mate Rice

An easy recipe that includes Mate and rice.

  • 1 cup Thai rice (Jasmine rice)
  • ¾ cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp Meta Mate Raw
  • Instructions

    1. Wash the rice and drain well.
    2. Heat a pan and place all ingredients, stir and cover.
    3. Turn down the heat and cook until the water dries.
    4. Turn off the heat and leave still covered for 10 minutes, open the pan and stir the rice so the grains come loose.
